THE RECIPE

Salted Maple Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus more for drizzling

  • Optional: sea salt, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together butter and peanut butter then stir in sweetened condensed milk. Then stir in the maple syrup. Remove from heat. Gradually add the powdered sugar into the mixture by sifting to avoid large clumps.

  3. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate the fudge until firm, about 2 hours.

  4. Top with flaky sea sat, if desired. Cut into small squares, serve and enjoy!

  5. * Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature (will last for 6-7 days at room temperature)
