4 ingredients. 15 minutes from start to finish. And the best part is...NO YEAST NEEDED.

Make the dough.
Whisk together the flour and salt. Add water and olive oil. Mix until dough ball forms (about 2 minutes or so).
Note.
Use table salt. The first time I tried this, I used kosher salt. Smaller grains of salt mix in much better.

Transfer the dough.
Transfer the dough ball to a lightly floured surface and knead the dough for 1 minute or until the dough surface is smooth.

Roll out the dough.
Use a rolling pin or your hands to roll out the dough ball into a 10-inch long oval.
Note.
If you are looking for a thicker crust, aim for 3/4-inch thick. For a thinner crust, aim for 1/4-inch thick.
Bake.
Dust a baking sheet with flour. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until par-baked. Brush with oil and top with desired toppings. Bake for another 5-10 minutes. Try my Loaded Greek Flatbread!
Note.
Par-baking allows the inside of the dough to cook without the outside getting dark golden brown. This ensures that when you add toppings, the crust won't get soggy.
