Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons cranberry jam
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary, plus more for garnishing
1 can (8 ounces) refriegerated creacent dough sheet or homemade pastry dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin.
Unroll dough on a clean work surface. Press into 12x8-inch rectangle. (If using crescent roll dough, firmly press perforations to seal.) With pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares.
Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese onto the center of each pastry square. Repeat with cranberry sauce, then sprinkle some rosemary.
Bring 4 corners together to overlap slightly in center at top of each bundle. Twist and pinch to seal, leaving small gaps between seams.
Place pastries into muffin tins and transfer to oven. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until pastries are golden and cranberry is bubbling.
Serve warm and enjoy!
