3 ingredient healthier peanut butter cookies

Ok, so these are the easiest cookies to make, and the best part is...they're gluten and dairy free! 3 ingredients, that's all it takes. I love making these cookies to bring as a hostess gift. They're always a crowd pleaser and take less than 15 minutes to make.

THE RECIPE

3 ingredient healthier peanut butter cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup powdered cane sugar (regular powdered sugar works well too!)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, stir the ingredients together until well-combined and smooth (I usually like to whisk the eggs separately). Roll dough into 1" balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet. Press down with the back of a fork and then press again from the opposite direction, to form the criss-cross pattern on top.

  3. Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes and then let the cookies cool on the tray for 1-2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to finish cooling. Serve and enjoy!
